We offer residential and commercial concrete services including:

  • Decorative/stamped concrete
  • Foundations and slabs
  • Concrete repair and resurfacing

2. Estimates & Payment Terms

  • Free estimates are valid for 30 days.
  • A signed service agreement may be required before work begins.
  • Payments are due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted methods: cash, checks, or major credit cards.

Delinquent accounts may result in late fees or legal action.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
  • Late cancellations may incur a service fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or job site conditions.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Ensure clear and safe access to the job site
  • Secure permits (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Notify us of underground utilities or obstructions

5. Workmanship Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work. Our limited warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:

  • Natural wear and tear
  • Cracking due to soil shifting or freeze-thaw cycles
  • Improper maintenance by the customer

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Incidental or indirect damages
  • Delays caused by weather, materials, or permits
  • Damage to personal property left in the work area

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content—including text, images, and branding—is the property of Marion Concrete Craftsmanship Co. and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Marion County, OH.

9. Changes to Terms
